\n\t\tBefore installation, the Amolock PVC tiles should adapt to the climatic conditions in the room. To do this, the tiles should be stored at low temperatures for 24 hours in the area where they are to be laid. \n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t

Step 1: Checking the temperature conditions <\/h2>\n\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\tUnder normal conditions, Amolock PVC tiles can be laid loosely on any hard surface without the use of adhesives. It is important to note that the material can expand with temperature fluctuations. For this reason, plan an expansion joint of 5 to 7 mm <\/strong> to all fixed points such as walls and heating pipes in the room.\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAreas that are exposed <\/strong> to high temperatures are exceptions to loose laying. This applies, for example, to rooms that are exposed to direct sunlight through windows or glass windows. Areas that are expected to withstand high mechanical loads and exceed the load limits specified in the technical data are also an exception. In these cases, the PVC tiles should be glued down. If the floor is to be waterproof <\/strong>, we also recommend bonding using PU adhesive. Thanks to the flexible system, the Amolock PVC tiles can also be glued afterwards should the requirements for the floor change.\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Step 2: Substrate preparation <\/h2>\n\t\t\t

\n\t\t\tTo benefit from an ideal flooring system, the subfloor on which the PVC tiles will be laid should be as level and hard <\/strong> as possible. Clean the subfloor thoroughly before installation and repair any cracks, holes and other unevenness with a suitable filler or levelling compound <\/strong>.\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Step 3: Installation <\/h2>\n\t\t\t

\n\t\t\tUse a knife or saw with a fine saw blade <\/strong> to cut the border tiles. For very precise and accurate cuts, it is advisable to use a cutter or guillotine. For complicated cuts, making a template can be helpful. For a perfect cut, it is also advisable to turn the tile over so that the underside is facing upwards <\/strong>. \n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAn exception for laying starting in the middle are areas that are to be provided with a ramp tile.\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Step 4: Laying the border tiles<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

\n\t\t\tThe edge tiles are laid after the whole tiles have been laid. We recommend using a circular saw or jigsaw <\/strong> to cut the tiles to size. For difficult cuts, it may be worth making a template. Make sure that you leave an expansion gap of 5 to 7 mm <\/strong>between the tiles and the wall. Tiles placed directly against the wall should not be less than 10 cm wide <\/strong>. Tiles to be placed at corners or doors should be at least half the size of a whole tile<\/strong>. \n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\tMove the calculated centre of the room so that the above conditions can be met. \n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t

\n\t\t\tFor a perfect finish and easy movement of work tools beyond the tile edges, we recommend the installation of unique ramp and corner systems from Amolock <\/strong>, which are available in matching colours. \n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Amolock PVC tiles can be cleaned simply by regular damp mopping. The use of a cleaning machine is also possible. You will receive cleaning and care instructions with the delivery of the Amolock floor tiles.\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
